Degradation of sizes based on starch, starch derivatives and their blends to water soluble products.


PERIZYM AM d.c. is a bacterial amylase for a range of temperature from 40 – 80 °C. The optimal working range for desizing is at 70 – 80 °C. Lower temperatures cause longer treatment time for desizing. PERIZYM AM d.c. is suitable for the cold pad batch process.
