PERIFIL ATL

PERIFIL ATL is an excellent lubricant which is applied in the dyeing apparatus after the dyeing process. The product exhausts water clear and does not cause any residues on the dyeing apparatus. PERIFIL ATL provides synthetic embroidery yarns and sewing threads with the necessary smoothness and heat resistance. This is achieved by carefully selected waxes and high viscous silicone oils. The adhesion of PERIFIL ATL on the fibre is excellent, thus no abrasion during the sewing process will occur. The threads finished with PERIFIL ATL show a very good gliding value. The good gliding properties avoid a stick slip effect. The increased abrasion resistance of the threads lubricated with PERIFIL ATL and their perfect sewability even under severe conditions are remarkable. The heat of the needle which is transferred to the thread is absorbed effectively by the layer of PERIFIL ATL. PERIFIL ATL is indifferent to dyestuffs and fibres, a migration of dyestuff does not take place.
