Bath exhaustion lubricant for yarns of cotton and its blends with synthetics especially for cotton yarns which have been submitted to a cationic aftertreatment.
Furthermore PERIFIL 150 can be used for yarns made of viscose and polyester.
PERIFIL 150 is an excellent lubricant for yarns applied by bath exhaustion after bleaching or dyeing. The product provides yarns with optimal gliding properties which is achieved by carefully selected waxes.
Due to its thoroughly balanced affinity PERIFIL 150 can be used for cationic aftertreated yarns for which the bath exhaustion of common yarn lubricants does not suffice. The product exhausts waterclear and does not cause any residues in the dyeing apparatus.
The adhesion of PERIFIL 150 on the fibre is excellent. Therefore, no abrasion occurs during the processing of the yarns.
