Three-dimensional crease and crash effects on woven or knit garments made of cellulosic fibers and their blends are created by using resins and crosslinking polymers. Formaldehyde-Free, Tear-Resistant 3D Effects on Garments

Preventing residual formaldehyde in garments and avoiding a reduction in tear resistance are big challenges when carrying out easy-care finishings and creating 3D effects. With our specially formulated auxiliaries, you can create formaldehyde-free, tear-resistant three-dimensional crease and crash effects on denim, jeans and other knitted or woven garments made of cellulosic fibers and their blends with synthetic fibers.

Formaldehyde-Free Finishing with PERFIXAN NOF-PC

PERFIXAN NOF-PC is a highly concentrated, formaldehyde-free crosslinking agent, which helps you to fix wash permanent crease and crash effects on woven and knitted textiles. It can also be used for classic, formaldehyde-free easy-care finishing. This product can be applied in a dip-extract process as well as by spraying.

Glossy Appearance with the PERIPRET 3D BASE System

Our PERIPRET 3D BASE auxiliaries offer an optimal product combination for creating formaldehyde-free three-dimensional effects. The system consists of three components which can be combined individually. PERIPRET 3D BASE3, a pre-catalyzed resin, is the basis of the system. It enables you to produce permanent easy-care properties and three-dimensional effects. In combination with PERIPRET 3D BASE1, a crosslinkable polymer, the molding of creases and wrinkles in the fabric can be boosted. With the addition of PERIPRET 3D BASE2, a very soft, high gloss polyurethane, you can intensify your 3D effects with a shiny finish. For garment finishing, we recommend that you apply the PERIPRET 3D BASE system by dip-extract process on a drum washing machine.
