Application of PERIXEN FDA as Lubricant for Sewing Threads and Yarns
PERIXEN FDA is anhydrous and can be used on all kinds of sewing threads by lick roll or by precision pump techniques. There is no need for drying after application. The lubrication provides the threads with excellent friction values and effectively prevents the stick slip effect. In addition, heat can be conducted effectively away from the hot sewing needle during the sewing process. This ensures, even under difficult conditions, a trouble-free sewing of threads made of synthetic fibers.
