PERLAVIN SMN conc. is used for wetting and pre-treatment of synthetics and blends with elastane fibres as well as for desizing and one-bath washing and dyeing of micro fibres.
The product is applied for washing, pretreatment and bleaching of cotton in loose fibre, yarn and fabric.
PERLAVIN SMN conc. possesses good wetting characteristics and particularly high emulsifying properties for preparations spinning lubricants for polyester and polyamide. These oils are emulsified by PERLAVIN SMN conc., washed from the fibres and kept in dispersion.
Furthermore silicone lubricants of blends with elastane fibres are effectively removed.
Due to the good wetting and emulsifying effect of PERLAVIN SMN conc. very low residual layers can be achieved also when desizing synthetics.
PERLAVIN SMN conc. is that effective that washing and dyeing of microfibres can be carried out in one bath. The high detergency of PERLAVIN SMN conc. supports the uniformity of dyeings.
Because of the special surfactant system PERLAVIN SMN conc. is particularly suitable for the treatment of cotton for medical applications:
-fibre accompanying substances (cotton fats and waxes, preparations) are thoroughly removed. The requirements according to DAB can be easily achieved
-PERLAVIN SMN conc. can be easily washed off, thus the limit value for surfactants applied on medical articles can be complied with
PERLAVIN SMN conc. can be used in slightly acid, neutral and alkaline media. It does not contain solvents.
