The product is used for prewashing of loose fibres, yarns, woven and knitted fabrics from native and synthetic fibres. PERLAVIN RL 20 can be applied as an additive in bleaching and dyeing baths and for wetting, washing and dyeing in one bath without prewetting and prewashing.
PERLAVIN RL 20 possesses good wetting and high emulsifying properties for oils and fats as well as a very high washing efficiency. The product is suitable for a wide variety of applications and for all types of fibres. It can be used in the slightly acid, in the neutral and also in the alkaline medium over the total temperature range. It does not contain any solvents.
Remarkable are the high absorbency and the low residual fat content which can be achieved with PERLAVIN RL 20. The product does not impair enzymes and thus can be used also in desizing processes.
PERLAVIN RL 20 can be used on metering devices.
