Washing agent with special emulsifiers for fats, waxes, paraffins and silicone oils for all fibres
PERLAVIN OIL is used for pretreatment, desizing and washing of all fibres, particularly for synthetics and blends with elastane fibres, for washing and dyeing of micro fibres in one bath as well as for washing and scouring of wool and its blends.
In continuous indigo dyeing PERLAVIN OIL can be used in all process steps which require very good wetting power with high pH values, e.g. during boiling-off. A further application is the pad steam desizing of denim fabric.
PERLAVIN OIL possesses good wetting characteristics and particularly high emulsifying properties for preparations and spinning lubricants for polyester and polyamide. These oils are emulsified by PERLAVIN OIL, washed from the fibres and kept in emulsion.
Furthermore silicone lubricants of elastane fibres in blends with synthetics are removed.
PERLAVIN OIL is that effective that washing and dyeing of micro fibres can be carried out in one bath. The high detergency of PERLAVIN OIL supports the uniformity of dyeings.
Due to the special emulsifiers in PERLAVIN OIL excellent results can be achieved at the washing process of wool and its blends.
PERLAVIN OIL can be used in slightly acid, neutral and alkaline media.
