Jet stable wetting and washing agent for all types of fibres
PERLAVIN IMU conc. NEW is suitable for all types of fibres. The product offers particular advantages when washing synthetic fibres or blends of wool or cotton with synthetic fibres. It can be used on all machines and apparatus for all forms of supply (loose fibres, yarn, woven and knitted fabrics). Because of its low foaming character it can even be used on jets.
PERLAVIN IMU conc. NEW possesses good wetting characteristics and high emulsifying properties for oils and fats as well as a very high washing efficiency. The absorbency properties of the fabric are excellent after washing.
The product is very low foaming. It can be used on metering devices.
PERLAVIN IMU conc. NEW is suitable for a wide variety of applications and for all types of fibres. It can be used in slightly acid, neutral or alkaline applications in the whole range of temperatures. The product effects low residual fat contents and a high degree of whiteness. It does not influence enzymes and can, therefore, be used also for desizing processes.
PERLAVIN IMU conc. NEW could be used to avoid yellowing of elastane fibres as well as synthetics like polyamide or polyester during heat-setting. By padding PERLAVIN IMU conc. NEW prior to stentering the preparations which cause the yellowing are easier removable in the subsequent dyeing or washing process. Thus the yellowing is reduced.
