PERIXEN MLP

PERIXEN MLP is an excellent lubricant for sewing threads and embroidery yarns, which is applied by lick roll technique or precision pump systems. Compared to lubricants on emulsion basis PERIXEN MLP has the advantage of being non-aqueous and therefore no drying is necessary after its application. PERIXEN MLP provides synthetic sewing threads and embroidery yarns with the necessary smoothness and heat resistance. Threads treated with PERIXEN MLP have a low slip resistance. The good gliding properties avoid a stick slip effect. The heat of the needle caused by high speed sewing is transferred to the thread and absorbed by the layer of PERIXEN MLP. This way sewing even under severe conditions is possible. The adhesion of PERIXEN MLP is very good. No abrasion during the sewing process will occur. PERIXEN MLP improves the antistatic effect of synthetic fibres. Threads which have been finished with PERIXEN MLP do not tend to yellowing during storage. PERIXEN MLP does not cause any corrosion on coating machines.
