Auxiliary for the neutralisation of residual alkali
PERISTAL FOC is used for the neutralisation of residual alkali preferably at continuous processes.
PERISTAL FOC is used for the neutralisation of residual alkali after mercerising, bleaching or dyeing. The product is suitable for pH setting of the fabric according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100. Due to non-volatile components contained in PERISTAL FOC a stable pH-value during drying and storing can be obtained.
In comparison to acetic acid with PERISTAL FOC a lower pH-value can be set. This is particularly advantageous for the neutralisation of high amounts of residual alkali (for example after mercerising) or at short continuous washing ranges.
