Hydrophilic silicone nano emulsion with optimized influence on thermo migration of disperse dyestuffs
PERISOFT NANO/LM conc. is suitable for natural as well as synthetic fibres. Particularly good effects are achieved on terry clothes. Due to the excellent shear stability PERISOFT NANO/LM conc. can also be applied on package and jet dyeing machines.
PERISOFT NANO/LM conc. offers textiles a very soft and voluminous handle. The product does not impair the absorbency of finished fabrics. Especially on cellulosic fibres PERISOFT NANO/LM conc. offers perfect hydrophilic effects. Thus it is very well suitable for the finishing of terry towels.
Compared to other softeners PERISOFT NANO/LM conc. promotes the migration of disperse dyes only to a less extent due to its special composition. The staining of the textiles finished with PERISOFT NANO/LM conc. on bright fabrics during storage can be reduced or avoided.
PERISOFT NANO/LM conc. leads to a high resilience and increases the dimensional stability of knitted fabrics. The tendency to creasing of textiles is reduced.
The product is well resistant to yellowing.
PERISOFT NANO/LM conc. shows a very good shear resistance and also a good substantivity. These properties allow for a usage in the exhaustion process also on jet machines.
