PERISOFT LRD is a lubricant for the rope dyeing of denim yarns applied in the final rope dyeing bath.
PERISOFT LRD is an excellent lubricant for the application in the final bath of the rope dyeing machine. After applying the product the individual threads of the rope can be easily opened prior to beaming.
The product offers a very soft handle to the finished yarns. In case of fabric finishing the sewability and resistance to abrasion is improved.
PERISOFT LRD is resistant to sublimation and has a very low yellowing tendency. At normal drying temperatures no yellowing occurs.
The product is low foaming and offers a good shear resistance. Should it be necessary PERISOFT LRD can be stripped by a washing process using 2 g/l PERLAVIN PE at 70 °C.
