Jet resistant softener for cellulosic fibres and acrylics
PERISOFT J 23/R is used for
-the softening of all kinds of dyed cellulosic fibres, preferably knitted and terry cloth fabrics, on winch becks, jet dyeing machines and in continuous dyeing processes
-the finishing of acrylic fibres on winch becks, jet dyeing machines, yarn dyeing apparatuses and in continuous dyeing processes
-the antistatic finishing of acrylic fibres
PERISOFT J 23/R offers cellulosic and acrylic fibres a pleasant soft handle. It improves the sewability of textiles and only slightly affects the hydrophilic property of the finished material.
The good antistatic properties are of particular advantage on acrylic fibres. In addition, PERISOFT J 23/R improves the surface smoothness of the finished goods. Thus, the rewinding behaviour of yarns is significantly improved.
PERISOFT J 23/R is almost not foaming and can be used in any jet dyeing machine. It has only a very low tendency to yellowing and can, therefore, even be used on light shades. Due to the cationic character PERISOFT J 23/R cannot be used on white fabrics.
