Softening by padding or exhaustion process of:
·Stockings and tights of polyamide on conventional dyeing apparatuses and drum dyeing machines
·Finishing of polyamide piece goods in continuous process
·Polyacrylics and wool in all process states (flock, top, yarn, hank and piece good). With polyacrylics the direct application in the dye bath is possible, too.
PERISOFT BP is a softener for polyacrylics, polyamide and wool. It gives these fibres a pleasant, soft, voluminous handle and good antistatic properties.
PERISOFT BP contains components which soften permanently, that means the finish is wash resistant for several washing processes. Stockings and tights of polyamide finished with PERISOFT BP show a very good surface smoothness as well as an excellent elasticity. This facilitates the mounting and pulling off from forms.
When dyeing acrylic fibres with cationic dyestuffs, PERISOFT BP can be added directly to the dye bath. By rinsing with overflow it is possible to cool the fabric after dyeing without decreasing the softening effect noticeably. Separate subsequent softening treatment is not necessary.
The fibre smoothing additives in PERISOFT BP allow for an improvement of the yarn gliding values.
PERISOFT BP is resistant to high drying temperatures. The product shows only a low yellowing tendency and does not sublimate.
