Very well biodegradable sequestering and dispersing agent
PERIQUEST BSV can be used in a wide variety of applications which need high soil suspension capacity and detergency, for example in washing and scouring of cotton articles, in dyeing cotton with reactive dyes and in soaping of reactive, vat and sulfur dyestuffs.
The ability of removing cotton accompanying substances is improved thus saving the number of rinses required.
PERIQUEST BSV contains very well degradable sequestering and complexing substances and has high calcium and iron binding properties. PERIQUEST BSV neither contains nitrogen nor phosphorus.
PERIQUEST BSV is an excellent dispersing agent, it increases the detergency and the capacity of baths to keep removed soil in dispersion. This is of particular significance for short bath ratio systems. Due to its dispersing effect fibre accompanying substances, preparations and unfixed dyestuffs are kept in solution.
PERIQUEST BSV can also be used for stabilizing of peroxide in the bleaching.
Despite its complexing components, PERIQUEST BSV does not affect dyeing processes using metal containing dyes.
PERIQUEST BSV provides high calcium and iron binding capacity.
