Dispersing agent for the dyeing of acrylic fibres and their blends with wool, polyamide, silk and cellulosic fibres
PERIGEN PA/W 200 is used for dyeing acrylic and its blends with basic dyes. It is used for the dyeing of wool with reactive or 1 : 1 metal complex dyes as well as for dyeings of lycra and polyamide.
PERIGEN PA/W 200 is used for preparation of printing pastes which are based on oil in water emulsion. Furthermore PERIGEN PA/W 200 can be used as dispersing agent in pigment and disperse dye printing.
PERIGEN PA/W 200 can be used for a wide variety of applications. The product has excellent dispersing properties and keeps basic dyes, disperse dyes, metal complex dyes and pigments in dispersion. It prevents precipitations of cationic and anionic dyestuffs applied in one bath.
Deposits of dyestuffs in dyeing machines are avoided by PERIGEN PA/W 200. When dyeing acrylic/wool blends the soiling of the wool with basic dyes is reduced.
PERIGEN PA/W 200 offers good levelling effects on wool and polyamide.
PERIGEN PA/W 200 can be used in printing pastes. It forms stable emulsions and increases the uniformity of the prints. The product is suitable for all substrates and is applicable on all types of printing machines.
