Low foaming special product for one-bath washing and dyeing of cotton and its blends, multifunctional auxiliary for the dyeing of cellulose
PERIGEN FTR is mainly used for the dyeing of knitted fabrics and garments made from raw cotton with substantive, reactive, sulphur and vat dyes. The product is also suitable for critical dyestuffs such as turquoise types.
The one-bath washing and dyeing should preferably be applied for medium to dark shades. For light shades dyeing of raw cotton makes only sense in case of non-brilliant shades or if a subsequent bleach could follow. A bleaching after dyeing is only possible with selected dyestuffs.
Furthermore PERIGEN FTR is used in pre-treatment for wetting and washing of cellulose and its blends.
PERIGEN FTR can be used in bleaching with peroxide or chlorine as well.
PERIGEN FTR is a multifunctional product for the one-bath washing and dyeing of cotton and its blends.
PERIGEN FTR has a high wetting, washing and emulsifying effect. Removed soil particles and fibre accompanying substances are well dispersed.
Due to very good washing, dispersing and sequestering effect PERIGEN FTR is a suitable product for the single bath washing and dyeing of raw cotton. Also crease marks can be avoided by using PERIGEN FTR.
If the product is used in the dye bath, a balance of differences in affinity and an improvement of reproducibility are achieved.
PERIGEN FTR provides a levelling effect for direct, reactive and sulphur dyeings. The product has no negative influence on the shade particularly at reactive dyeings.
