PERIFIL ZS 60 is a silicone free lubricant for sewing threads made of polyester and polyamide for precision pump or lick-roll application.
PERIFIL ZS 60 is an excellent sewing thread lubricant for synthetic fibre yarns for precision pump or lick-roll application. The product does not contain any silicone.
PERIFIL ZS 60 provides synthetic sewing threads with the necessary smoothness and heat resistance. Threads treated with PERIFIL ZS 60 show even and low friction value. The good frictional properties avoid a stick slip effect. The heat of the needle caused by high speed sewing is transferred to the thread and absorbed by the lubricant. This way sewing of yarns made of synthetic fibres is possible under severe conditions.
The product is indifferent to dyestuffs and fibres, a migration of dyestuff will not be created.
