PERIFIL ZOB

PERIFIL ZOB is an excellent lubricant for sewing and embroidery threads for application by heated precision pump systems. PERIFIL ZOB provides synthetic sewing and embroidery threads with the necessary smoothness and heat resistance. Threads treated with PERIFIL ZOB show good gliding properties. A stick-slip effect is avoided. The heat of the needle caused by high speed sewing is transferred to the thread where it is effectively absorbed by the lubricant. This leads to perfect sewability of the finished threads even under difficult sewing conditions. A particular feature of PERIFIL ZOB is the improved oil bleeding. The term “oil bleeding” stands for oily stripes on the ready-made textile originating from the seam. By using the recommended amount of PERIFIL ZOB it is possible to reduce or completely prevent any oil bleeding and to achieve perfect sewability of the threads at the same time. This is achieved by carefully selected waxes and highly viscous silicone oils. PERIFIL ZOB increases the abrasion resistance of the treated threads. The adhesion of the lubricant on the fibre is excellent, thus avoiding an abrasion during sewing. The product is indifferent to dyestuffs and fibres, a migration of dyestuff will not occur. The product contains anti-corrosive additives and therefore it does not cause any problems on application devices which do not consist of stainless steel in all parts.
