Yarn lubricant with softening properties for yarns made of polyacrylonitrile
PERIFIL VP 2276/R is used for the lubrication or softening of yarns made polyacrylonitrile. The lubricant can be applied in the dyebath or after dyeing.
PERIFIL VP 2276/R is an excellent lubricant for yarns made of polyacrylonitrile. It improves the gliding properties of the yarns distinctly. Furthermore the product gives a soft handle to the goods due to the contained softening components.
PERIFIL VP 2276/R is applied by bath exhaustion process after bleaching or dyeing. When dyeing acrylic fibres with basic dyes the lubricant can also be added to dye bath directly. It is possible to cool down the goods after dyeing by rinsing with overflow without impairing the softening effect or the friction value.
