PERIFIL SPV/R is an excellent lubricant applicable by bath exhaustion process after dyeing.
The special advantage of PERIFIL SPV/R is the minimal influence on the degree of whiteness of optically brightened yarns. Nevertheless, bath exhaustion and gliding properties are good. Therefore, PERIFIL SPV/R is particularly suitable for white sewing and embroidery threads.
Threads treated with PERIFIL SPV/R have a low friction values. The good gliding properties avoid a stick slip effect. The adhesion of PERIFIL SPV/R on the fibre is excellent, thus no abrasion during the sewing process will occur.
