Bath exhaustion lubricant for sewing and embroidery threads as well as knitting and weaving yarn made of viscose and polyester.
PERIFIL SPV conc. is an excellent lubricant applicable by bath exhaustion process after dyeing.
The special advantage of PERIFIL SPV conc. is the minimal influence on the degree of whiteness of optically brightened yarns. Nevertheless, bath exhaustion and gliding properties are good. Therefore, PERIFIL SPV conc. is particularly suitable for white sewing and embroidery threads.
Threads treated with PERIFIL SPV conc. have a low friction values. The good gliding properties avoid a stick slip effect. The adhesion of PERIFIL SPV conc. on the fibre is excellent, thus no abrasion during the sewing process will occur.
