Lubricant for sewing threads, embroidery threads, knitting and weaving yarns made of cellulosic fibres, polyacrylonitrile and their blends with synthetic fibres.
PERIFIL SEP/R is an excellent lubricant which is applied in bath exhaustion process after bleaching or dyeing. The product exhausts waterclear and does not cause residues on the dyeing machine.
PERIFIL SEP/R provides threads with the necessary smoothness and sewability, which is achieved by carefully selected waxes. Threads treated with PERIFIL SEP/R show a low friction value. The good gliding properties have already an effect on the thread at the change from standing to gliding. The good gliding properties avoid a stick slip effect. The adhesion of PERIFIL SEP/R on the fibres is very good, so no abrasion occurs during the sewing process.
Furthermore PERIFIL SEP/R effects a good exhaustion on yarns made of wool and polyacrylonitrile and their blends with synthetic fibres, what is rather unusual for lubricants.
