PERIFIL PNI/R

PERIFIL PNI/R has been especially designed as a lubricant for optically brightened white yarns. The components are chosen that way that the product has no colour and high resistance to yellowing is given. During drying neither migration to the surface of the package nor a sublimation is occurring even at temperatures up to 135 °C. PERIFIL PNI/R reduces the slipping resistance and gives perfect gliding properties, so that the normal process of applying hard paraffin can be eliminated. The product as nonionic emulsion can be combined with auxiliaries of other ionic characters. Therefore, it is also used as additive compound in finishing. PERIFIL PNI/R is not only a lubricant, but contains as well softeners giving a soft handle to the processed yarn. The dyeing is not influenced by PERIFIL PNI/R. Should it be necessary PERIFIL PNI/R can be removed by washing with 2 g/l PERLAVIN NIC at pH 5 and 70 °C. Further PERIFIL PNI/R provides hydrophobic effects. The product is free of silicones and can be used as an alternative for silicone and fluor carbon hydrophobicity. The hydrophobic attributes are just conditionally permanent against washing.
