PERIFIL PA/S 60

PERIFIL PA/S 60 is an excellent lubricant for sewing threads made of polyester or polyamide for the application by precision pump systems or lick-roll. The special silicone component contained in PERIFIL PA/S 60 offers exceptional soft and smooth handle effects to the finished threads. The product contains anti-corrosive additives and therefore it does not cause any problems on application devices which do not consist of stainless steel in all parts. PERIFIL PA/S 60 provides synthetic sewing threads with the necessary smoothness and heat resistance. This is achieved by carefully selected waxes and highly viscous silicone oils. The adhesion of the lubricant on the fibre is excellent, thus avoiding an abrasion during sewing. Threads treated with PERIFIL PA/S 60 offer good gliding properties; a stick-slip effect is avoided. The increased abrasion resistance of the threads treated with PERIFIL PA/S 60 and their perfect sewability even under difficult sewing conditions is remarkable. The heat of the needle caused by high speed sewing is transferred to the thread where it is effectively absorbed by the lubricant. The product is indifferent to dyestuffs and fibres, a migration of dyestuff will not be created.
