PERIFIL LEC/G

PERIFIL LEC/G is an excellent lubricant on the basis of a well balanced combination of highly molecular waxes and fatty acid esters. The product offers very good gliding properties, especially for cotton and polyester yarns and their blends. PERIFIL LEC/G serves to increase the surface smoothness of yarns, thus considerably improving processing characteristics. It helps facilitating bobbin wind off and reduces the fibre-metal-friction, thus lowering the wear of the metal parts during processing of the yarns. At higher temperatures PERIFIL LEC/G exhausts completely from the lubricating bath. PERIFIL LEC/G does not influence the hydrophilicity of the yarns too much. PERIFIL LEC/G shows a low yellowing tendency and therefore can also be used on white goods. The product is free from silicone and paraffin and can be easily washed out.
