PERIFIL GHL/R

PERIFIL GHL/R is an excellent lubricant based on a well balanced combination of high molecular waxes and fatty acid esters. The product offers very good gliding properties, especially for cotton and polyester yarns as well as their blends. PERIFIL GHL/R increases the surface smoothness of yarns, thus considerably improving the processing characteristics. It improves the rewinding behaviour of yarns and reduces the fibre-metal-friction considerably, thus lowering the wear of the metal parts during the processing of the yarns. At higher temperatures PERIFIL GHL/R exhausts completely from the lubrication bath. The hydrophilicity of the yarns is hardly influenced. PERIFIL GHL/R shows a low yellowing tendency and, therefore, can also be used on white goods. The product is free from silicone and paraffin and can be easily washed out.
