PERIFIL DEN is a lubricant for the rope dyeing of denim yarns applied in the final rope dyeing bath.
PERIFIL DEN is an excellent lubricant for the application in the final bath of the rope dyeing machine. After applying the product the individual threads of the rope can be easily opened prior to beaming.
PERIFIL DEN is has a very low yellowing tendency. At normal drying temperatures no yellowing occurs.
The product is low foaming and offers a good shear resistance. Should it be necessary PERIFIL DEN can be stripped by a washing process using 2 g/l PERLAVIN PE at 70 °C.
