Yarn lubricant offering excellent enhancement of handle
PERIFIL CSL/R is a bath exhaustion lubricant for yarns of cotton and its blends with synthetics, especially for cotton yarns which have been submitted to a cationic aftertreatment. Furthermore the product can be used for yarns made of viscose and polyester.
PERIFIL CSL/R is an excellent lubricant for yarns applied by bath exhaustion after bleaching or dyeing.
Due to its thoroughly balanced affinity the lubricant is suitable for cationic aftertreated yarns where the bath exhaustion of common yarn lubricants does not suffice. PERIFIL CSL/R exhausts water clear and does not cause any residues in the dyeing apparatus.
The lubricant provides yarns with optimal gliding properties. This is achieved by carefully selected waxes. Furthermore PERIFIL CSL/R offers a very soft handle to the finished yarns.
The adhesion of the product on the fibre is excellent. Therefore, no abrasion occurs during the processing of the yarns.
