Bath exhaustion lubricant for sewing threads, embroidery threads and yarns made of cellulosic fibres; resistant to yellowing
PERIFIL 208/R is a bath exhaustion lubricant for yarns and threads made of cellulosic fibres, blends thereof with synthetics and blends with wool.
PERIFIL 208/R is an excellent lubricant for yarns and threads which is applied after bleaching or dyeing by bath exhaustion in the dyeing apparatus.
The special advantage of PERIFIL 208/R is its ionic character which only minimally influences the degree of whiteness of optically brightened yarns. Nevertheless, bath exhaustion and gliding properties are good.
The product provides preferably white yarns and threads with the necessary smoothness.
Yarns and threads treated with PERIFIL 208/R have a good friction value. The gliding properties are already given at the sticking to slipping transition. These good gliding properties avoid a stick slip effect. The adhesion of the lubricant is very good, thus no abrasion during the sewing process will occur.
