PERICOAT VA 120 is suitable for the finishing and coating of woven fabrics and for the back coating of tufted carpets. Textiles coated with PERICOAT VA 120 are laminatable.
It can be used as well in combination with other polymers. To achieve a harder handle mixing with PERICOAT VA 130 is best suited. Pretrials are recommended when mixing other polymers.
PERICOAT VA 120 is a copolymer of vinyl acetate and ethylene. The product forms soft to middle hard and dry films. The films are characterised by their high resistance to light, ageing and heat as well as a flexibility even below freezing temperature.
Coatings with PERICOAT VA 120 are hot sealable as well as HF-weldable.
