Self-emulsifying oil which can be easily washed off for the application as needle oil for knitting machines as well as coning, twisting and warping oil
Needle oil for knitting machines:
PERFILAN SES is particularly suitable for lubricating the needles and lifters of knitting machines.
Coning, twisting and warping oil:
PERFILAN SES suits for cellulosic and synthetic yarns and is used as coning oil on the common oiling devices.
The fibre abrasion is clearly reduced by the lubrication and antistatic effect.
Due to its self-emulsifying properties PERFILAN SES can easily be removed by washing with for example 1 g/l PERLAVIN PAM at 70 – 90 °C. Depending on the finishing procedure a separate pre-washing can be omitted as well.
PERFILAN SES is a mineral oil free, self-emulsifying oil for the application as needle oil for knitting machines as well as coning, twisting and warping oil.
Used as needle oil for knitting machines PERFILAN SES is characterised by its excellent lubricating effect even at high temperatures.
As coning oil PERFILAN SES improves the processing properties of yarns and twisted yarns.
