PERFILAN 828 conc. is a cold size with high adhesion capacity. It is used for application at the warping machine and for subsequent preparation of sized warps at the sizing machine by means of an applicator roll. The product is suitable for staple fibre yarns made of cotton, viscose or wool and their blends with polyester.
PERFILAN 828 conc. improves the abrasion resistance of warp yarns and reduces the abrasion of fibres on the weaving machine. Furthermore PERFILAN 828 conc. reduces the electrostatic charge and the clinging tendency of the yarns during weaving. PERFILAN 828 conc. can be easily washed out of the fabric by a simple wash process without alkali.
