PERIXEN VP 2652 is used for lubrication of sewing threads made of polyester and polyamide.
PERIXEN VP 2652 is an excellent lubricant for sewing threads which is applied by Single Lub Hot technique.
PERIXEN VP 2652 provides synthetic sewing threads with the necessary smoothness and heat resistance. The lubricated threads show even and low friction value. The good frictional properties avoid a stick slip effect. The heat of the needle caused by high speed sewing is transferred to the thread and absorbed by the layer of PERIXEN VP 2652. This way sewing of yarns made of synthetic fibres is possible even under severe conditions.
Compared to lubricants on emulsion basis the product has the advantage of being non-aqueous and therefore no drying is necessary after its application.
PERIXEN VP 2652 is free of silicone.
