PERIWET ELR NEW is used for wetting and prewashing of loose fibres, yarns, knitted and woven fabrics of natural and synthetic fibres (cotton, wool, polyacrylic, polyamide, polyester etc.). It can also be used in bleaching and dyeing baths as well as for wetting, washing and dyeing in a single bath process without prewashing.
PERIWET ELR NEW is a strong wetting and foam reducing agent and an excellent deaerator. PERIWET ELR NEW is suitable for a wide variety of applications and all types of fibres. It can be used in acidic, neutral or alkaline applications in the whole range of temperatures. PERIWET ELR NEW does not contain any solvents.
Because of its low foaming character PERIWET ELR NEW can be used in jet dyeing machines. The high absorbency, the low percentage of residual fats on the fibre and the high degree of whiteness obtainable by the use of PERIWET ELR NEW are remarkable.
