PERIWAX 50 is applied by hot lick roll technique. The lick roller device should be heated to 70 – 80 °C. At 80 °C a clear, liquid and low viscous melt results.
PERIWAX 50 is a solid wax and excellent lubricant for yarns which is applied by hot lick roll technique. PERIWAX 50 is suitable for all kinds of fibres.
Compared to lubricants based on water containing emulsions PERIWAX 50 has the advantage of being non-aqueous and therefore no drying is necessary after its application.
PERIWAX 50 does not cause any corrosion.
