Buffer for slightly acid pH-range, particularly to set pH-optimum at enzyme treatments
PERISTAL E serves to set the pH and to buffer in slightly acid pH-range (for example at enzyme treatments).
PERISTAL E is a buffer system based on inorganic salts and organic acids for the acid pH-range. The product serves to set the pH-range of 4.5 – 5.5 which is optimal for many enzymes and keeps the pH-value constant during the complete treatment.
