PERISOFT SE is used as an additive compound for the finishing of woven and knitted fabric of cellulosic, polyamide and polyester fibres and their blends with wool. The product is also suitable for the easy-care finishing of corduroy and velvet made of cellulosic fibres.
PERISOFT SE is an excellent softener based on silicones. It gives a very soft and smooth handle and provides the textile fabric a good shine and a beautiful drape. The product improves the abrasion and tear resistance of easy-care finishes and the sewability.
With PERISOFT SE highly shining and lasting chintz effects are obtained. The fleece of corduroy and velvet does not stick, the tendency to pilling is reduced.
The product has a good influence on the resistance to crease of polyamide fabrics.
PERISOFT SE is not substantive. Due to this it is particularly suitable for continuous processes. The degree of whiteness hardly changes even in case of thermofixation conditions.
