PERIPRINT AC conc. is a padding auxiliary for continuous dyeing which prevents the migration of dyestuffs and pigments during drying.
By using PERIPRINT AC conc. the liquor pick-up is increased at a constant roller pressure. Thus, deeper shades, better dye penetration and even dyeing are achieved. The increase of the liquor pick-up depends on the structure of the dyeing substrate. On voluminous knitwear this effect is stronger than on woven fabric with high density.
PERIPRINT AC conc. is not surface-active, does not form any foam and improves the stability of the padding liquor (even if water hardness is an issue).
The product does not stain and thus shade changing can be easily done by cleaning with a wet end-cloth.
It does not influence the distribution or the fixation of the dyestuffs on the fabric and can easily be washed out.
