PERIPRET PUS NEW can be used for the following applications:
-finishing of fabric made of cellulosic fibers and of polyamide to achieve permanent full and soft handle effects
-additive in resing finishing recipes to improve the crease recovery angle and to reduce the application quantity of the resin
-hydrophilic finish effects
-due to its tendency to intensify thermomigration, PERIPRET PUS NEW is not recommended for polyester
PERIPRET PUS NEW is a special polyurethane which offers permanent, very full and extremely soft handle effects on cellulosic fibers as well as on polyamide. In combination with a resin finish it improves the crease recovery angle and wash and wear behaviour of cellulosic fibers. It is mainly applied together with silicone softeners.
The elasticity and shape recovery of knitwear is improved with PERIPRET PUS NEW. Besides the soft handle, PERIPRET PUS NEW is used to achieve hydrophilic finishing effects and to achieve higher quality goods due to the heavier and fuller handfeel.
PERIPRET PUS NEW does not impair the degree of whiteness of optically brightened goods and is free of formaldehyde.
