PERIPRET PDB

Binder for the pigment dyeing in exhaust process
PERIPRET PDB serves as binder for the dyeing in exhaust process using cationic or nonionic pigments (for example CAT PIGMENT or PERICOLOR).
PERIPRET PDB is a cationic binder for textiles which are dyed in the exhaust process using cationic or nonionic pigments (for example CAT PIGMENT or PERICOLOR). This process is especially suitable to achieve fashionable effects on ready-made textiles of cotton and blends with cotton. The film formed by PERIPRET PDB is colourless, clear, flexible and dry. In crosslinked condition it is well resistant against washings. The shades are not masked but remain clear and brilliant. PERIPRET PDB contains reactive groups which enable a crosslinking of the film. Fixation is generally carried out at 110 – 120 °C. In case of temperatures below 100 °C the crosslinking is obtained within some days; therefore, a thermofixation is not absolutely necessary. Additional fields of application: -colour fixation of pigment, sulphur or indigo dyed garments in a drum washing machine -colour fixation of indigo dyed yarn in continuous processes for example rope dyeing in the last rinsing bath -finishing of garments in exhaustion process to reduce the tendency to pilling
