Finishing agent to store active ingredients or fragrances on textiles respectively to remove odours from textiles
PERIPLEX CDS/B is used for storing active ingredients or for odour removal.
PERIPLEX CDS/B is in a position to bind substances, such as bactericides, fungicides or perfume oils and to set them free continuously over a longer period of time. Especially in the presence of water or humidity the stored substances are successively set free again.
By the combination with a crosslinking agent, such as PERFIXAN CLY, wash-resistant effects can be achieved.
Unpleasant odours can be removed from a textile by washing with PERIPLEX CDS/B. The odour causing substances form an inclusion compound with PERIPLEX CDS/B and are removed at the subsequent rinsing process.
