PERIPLEX AHS

PERIPLEX AHS is a surfactant and foam free, highly active complexing agent and acid donor. The product can be used for a wide variety of applications: Demineralisation (acid pretreatment): The fabric is freed from disturbing alkaline earth and heavy metal impurities. Metal particles are changed into their ionic form and complexes are formed. During the subsequent alkaline peroxide bleach the risk of catalytic decomposition of the peroxide and thereby the catalytic damaging of the fibres can be reduced clearly. Incrustation inhibitor: PERIPLEX AHS is able to decompose existing calcium soap deposits and to dissolve them. The formation of heavily soluble alkaline earth metal impurities on machine parts or on the fabric is reduced. PERIPLEX AHS is effective in the substoichiometric range. It has a very high dispersing effect. Should precipitations still occur, the crystal growth prohibiting effect ensures that they are small enough to be easily rinsed out.
