Soaping agent for dyeings and printings with reactive and vat dyes
Soaping of reactive and vat dyeings and printings on all forms. Since PERLAVIN SRD does not foam it is also applicable on jets and continue machines.
PERLAVIN SRD is an excellent soaping agent for dyeings and printings with the following special product characteristics:
-removal of reactive dye hydrolysate
-reactive dyes with higher affinity (multifunctional) can be removed more easily
-very effective at disadvantageous water conditions (for example high water hardness)
-in most cases one single soaping treatment is enough for dark reactive dyed shades
-prevents agglomeration in bobbins, filtrations resulting in worse fastnesses are avoided
-excellent reserving effect of the white ground during soaping of printings
-improvement of the whole fastness level
-due to the excellent dispersing effect allows best possible fastnesses for vat dyeings (as well as sulphur and naphthol dyeings) and printings, especially suitable for dark vat dyeings
-auxiliary in the reductive clearing of polyester dyeings
-liquid product, thus easy handling and dosing
-not surface active, foam free
