PERILAN RFC

PERILAN RFC reduces the fibre/fibre friction thus increasing the mobility of the fabric. Due to this, crease marks can be avoided and the risk of chafe marks is reduced significantly. PERILAN RFC improves the running properties of the fabric. Using PERILAN RFC loading of the dyeing apparatus can be increased respectively the liquor ratio can be lowered. PERILAN RFC is particularly suitable for dyeings with reactive and vat dyes. Due to its resistance to acids it can be used also for dyeings with disperse dyes. When dyeing polyester PERILAN RFC exhausts to the polyester fibre at the beginning of the process. The product does not influence the dyeing. Particularly good effects of PERILAN RFC can be achieved in combination with PERILAN VF or PERILAN AC conc. With PERILAN VF and PERILAN AC conc. the surface of the fabric becomes smooth and shows good gliding properties. Both products increases the viscosity of the bath, this way the friction between fabric and metal parts is diminished.
