PERILAN MPE conc.

PERILAN MPE conc. is a multifunctional product for the dyeing of grey polyester fabric, a separate prewashing or desizing is not necessary. With PERILAN MPE conc. synthetic sizes and preparations are removed, a re-deposition or filtration of the dissolved substances is effectively avoided. Thus PERILAN MPE conc. is especially suitable for HT beam dyeing. PERILAN MPE conc. is low foaming and suitable for all machineries which are used for piece dyeing (also jet machines). The product has levelling properties but is not retarding which enables uniform dyeings. PERILAN MPE conc. increases the gliding properties of the fabric, thus reducing the formation of creases. Even at high machine loadings a high levelness can be achieved. PERILAN MPE conc. improves the dispersing behaviour of disperse dyes. The product contains all components which are required for disperse dyeing, thus besides the use of PERILAN MPE conc. only the adjustment of the pH value is necessary.
