PERIGUARD WRL

PERIGUARD WRL is a hydrophobic lubricant for finishing polyester sewing threads by lick-roll. PERIGUARD WRL enables lubrication and hydrophobic finishing of threads in a single process. The finished threads show good hydrophobic effects, which are not affected by mechanical influence (for example during rewinding or sewing). PERIGUARD WRL provides threads with very good gliding properties. In sewing process a stick-slip effect is efficiently avoided. The heat of the needle which is transferred to the thread is absorbed by the layer of the lubricant, thus damaging of thread and fabric is avoided. Therefore, the thread can be processed under the most difficult conditions. PERIGUARD WRL has nearly no self-colour and is very resistant to yellowing.
