Low foaming special product for one-bath washing and dyeing of cotton and its blends, multifunctional auxiliary for the dyeing of cellulose
PERIGEN FTR NEW conc. is mainly used for the dyeing of knitted fabrics and garments made of cotton with substantive, reactive, sulphur and vat dyes. The product is also suitable for critical dyestuffs such as turquoise types.
The one-bath washing and dyeing should preferably be applied for medium to dark shades. For lighter shades dyeing of raw cotton makes only sense in case of non-brilliant shades or if a subsequent bleach could follow. A bleaching after dyeing is only possible with selected dyestuffs.
Furthermore, PERIGEN FTR NEW conc. is used in the pre-treatment for wetting and washing of cellulose and its blends.
PERIGEN FTR NEW conc. can be used in bleaching with peroxide or chlorine as well.
PERIGEN FTR NEW conc. provides a levelling effect for direct, reactive and sulphur dyeings. The solubility of phthalocyanine based dyes is improved by PERIGEN FTR NEW conc. Thus the dyeing liquor is stabilised and the formation of stains – caused by dyestuff precipitation – is prevented. The product improves not only the solubility and levelness of phthalocyanine based but also other reactive dyes.
Particularly at the dyeing of viscose unlevelness and the formation of crease marks can be avoided.
If the product is used in the dye bath, a balance of differences in affinity and an improvement of reproducibility are achieved.
Due to its multifunctional properties the product is suitable for the single bath washing and dyeing of cotton and its blends.
The product combines excellent wetting, washing, emulsifying properties as well as very good dispersing effects.
PERIGEN FTR NEW conc. contains components which improve the running properties of piece goods, thus the formation of crease marks can be avoided.
