Levelling and penetrating agent for HT-dyeings of polyester according to the rapid dyeing method
PERIGEN HTI is preferably used for the dyeing of polyester and blends of polyester in package dyeing. Furthermore it can be used for the dyeing of polyamide with disperse dyes.
The product can be used as levelling agent on winch becks or jets. For this application we recommend the addition of PERILAN FOS, a product with anticrease and softening properties.
During reductive clearing PERIGEN HTI disperses the decomposition products and thereby improves the fastness properties.
PERIGEN HTI effects a levelled exhaustion of disperse dyes of different constitution during the heating-up period. In the HT range PERIGEN HTI has a levelling but not retarding effect.
PERIGEN HTI has good dispersing properties and avoids agglomerations of disperse dyes.
In slightly acid as well as in alkaline polyester dyeings PERIGEN HTI shows a good levelling and penetrating effect of the fibre.
